Bridgemate Play - FAQ for players
Can I use my Bridgemate app account to log in to Bridgemate Play?
Yes. The Bridgemate account you created in the Bridgemate app also allows you to log in and play at Bridgemate Play. Just go to the Bridgemate Play website and log in with your Bridgemate account details to have direct access.
My Bridgemate app subscription has expired.
If your subscription to the Bridgemate app service has expired, you can still use your Bridgemate account to log in to Bridgemate Play. Your Bridgemate Play games won't be affected, but you won't be able to see your results on the Bridgemate app anymore.
I didn't receive a confirmation email after creating an account at the Bridgemate Play website.
Check your email spam folder. The confirmation email may have been considered spam. If the email is not in your spam folder, try to register at the Bridgemate Play website again. You may have accidentally mistyped your email address.
My club is not listed.
If your club does not show up in Bridgemate Play, the club has not yet enabled use of the Bridgemate app and Bridgemate Play. Check whether your club plans to enable these online Bridgemate services.
I am registered with my club but I don't see an online game.
For various reasons, the online game may not show up on your event list:
- The club has not created an online game.
- You are not registered with the club or the club has not yet validated your registration.
- The game has already finished.
- The game requires pre-registration and you did not register for the game.
Can I change computer or tablet during play?
Yes, you can change to another device at any time. Simply go to the Bridgemate Play website on your other device, log in with your Bridgemate account and join the online game again. You will continue where you have left the game.
Can I use my Bridgemate account in the Bridgemate app, too?
Yes, your Bridgemate account that you created on Bridgemate Play works for both Bridgemate Play and the Bridgemate app, and you only have to create one account to use both. Any game that you play on Bridgemate Play also shows up in the Bridgemate app, provided your subscription to the Bridgemate app service is still valid. It is a great way to follow your results during and after the game.
